Use this page to request help with your Vrayd account, account deletion, waitlist removal, or privacy questions. Vrayd accounts are separate from Riot accounts: Vrayd has no Riot login and never receives or stores Riot passwords.
Vrayd is operated by Vrayd LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. support@vrayd.com is the sole monitored address for support, privacy, and security requests.
01Request account deletion
To request deletion of your hosted Vrayd account, email support@vrayd.com. If possible, send the request from the email address used for your Vrayd account. If you signed in with Discord, include the Discord username or email you used for Vrayd so we can identify the account.
Do not send Riot passwords, Discord passwords, access tokens, API keys, or other secrets. We do not need them to process a Vrayd account request.
02What happens next
We aim to respond to account deletion and privacy requests within 30 days. During alpha, deletion requests are handled by support rather than a self-serve dashboard.
Hosted account deletion removes hosted account data subject to security, abuse-prevention, legal, and backup-integrity needs. It does not delete the device-owned VOD package: recordings, VOD files, thumbnails, clips, recording metadata, and local review results remain on your computer. Any device-wide purge is a separate, explicit local action and is not part of an account deletion request.
Notes and game plans outside that VOD package are account-scoped and are handled separately from local recordings.
03Local app data
The VOD package is device-owned and is not uploaded to Vrayd. On Windows, app state lives under %APPDATA%\VraydApp\, while completed recordings and exported clips live under the Windows Videos\Vrayd folder. Uninstalling Vrayd removes the app binaries but does not remove those user files. Device data must be removed separately on that device; the private-alpha app does not yet expose one self-serve wipe for the whole package. Contact support for current local-cleanup instructions. Vrayd's own Windows Credential Manager entries are prefixed VraydApp/.
04Waitlist and privacy requests
If you joined the alpha waitlist and want your email removed, contact support@vrayd.com. You can use the same address for privacy questions, access requests, Riot ID index-removal requests, or deletion requests.
